West Europeans did not know what a "shortage" was.
East Europeans did not know what "honestly" meant.
Latin Amewricans did not know what "please" meant.
Chinese did not know what "opinion" meant.
Middle Easteners did not know what "to solve the problem" meant.
Africans did not know what "food" was.
And Americans did not know what "other countries" were.
