I don't know about you but eating white bread makes me feel affectionate...
I actually watched this last year when it aired. It is incredible that this guy actually has a formula for determining the buying habits of Americans.
I also watched the show when it aired last year. Probably my favorite documentary of 2005.
I'm so glad you linked to it, I had no idea it was out there on what I like to call "the internet".
you guys are both total posers. neither of you is even close to smart enough to convince me that you watch frontline. it's for people who like soy lattes and national geographic.
What's wrong with National Geographic?
And speaking of people who read too much...
"It is pretty obvious that the debasement of the human mind caused by a constant flow of fraudulent advertising is no trivial thing. There is more than one way to conquer a country."
-Raymond Chandler
Sporadic quotations by Cara.

you look funny.
"Advertisers are the interpreters of our dreams...Like the movies, they infect the routine futility of our days with purposeful adventure. Their weapons are our weaknesses; fear, ambition, illness, pride, selfishness, desire, ignorance. And these weapons must be kept bright as a sword." -E.B. White
Sorry, I don't have anything original to say right now.
I'll quote a line from ANY frontline documentary from the last decade. You name it.
I is a very clever young man.
