ok i'll bite. that looks like some kind of crazy scheme made up by a notorious liar, and used to excuse the spending of (m/b?)illions of dollars on war. consider it bitten.
and i've heard repeatedly but never read that it's closer to 1 trillion. regardless of his/her thoughts on the war, how could anyone say that it merits that kind of spending. instead we could have prevented or at least addressed any number of much more substantive security threats to the usa. (poverty, north korea, the border, ann coulter...)
