The House, Before

IMG 5231

My house, which I bought in August, has afforded me the opportunity to practice drywalling, painting, doing electrical work, painting, framing, roofing, carpentry, demolition, painting, and painting. I've also become intimately acquainted with the city dump. I pledge at the director's club level: at least 4 tons a month.

These two pictures will henceforth be classified as 'before.' Some 'afters' will soon follow.

FYI - Should you run into a paint removal/restoration project while you're at it I found a good application. In my search to find a safe means of paint removal from bricks I found this really cool stuff called PeelAway7. Its a paste that you spread onto whatever you want to remove paint from, apply the 'special' peel away paper and come back up to 24 hours later and off comes the paint with the paper - Peel Away 7 is PH balanced - I found it both online and at Sherwin Williams.
looking forward to the photos...

Howdy dude. Hey Chirp is having a party tonight at Lillibelle down on the plaza from 4-7. Kid stuff. I know this is so last minute so don't worry about it. There are some bigger shows and parties coming up that you and Jen can come to, better come to. We'll keep you posted.

dThere's beautiful pine under layers of paint throughout my house. I wasn't up to the challenge, but since you're all practiced up... (?)
